Meet the HIPPY Chapter of The Big Girls Club in Arkansas. December 15, more than 45 women - all program coordinators for HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) gathered for a TBGC Professional Development Workshop. "This was fun!"  "I realized that TBGC approach helps me to bring up hard topics in a fun light way."  "It was like getting together with best friends." "The stories were great!" "I found my own little girl place and realized how important it is to pay attention to my 'uh oh' feelings."  "I can take these principles back to my work team."

What a great meeting; so much fun! We revisited our childhood friends and rules; we looked at the big principles and the ten key Rules of The Big Girls Clubs, shared stories of our own and then talked about all the different "Big Girl Styles" that can show up in the workplace; then we reflected on 50 different ways to say the same thing.
