Services: We specialize in collaborative strategic planning. We evaluate and troubleshoot programs and projects. We conduct employee surveys, and consumer satisfaction evaluations. We are recognized for our flexibility; we customize our planning processes to meet the needs of our clients. See "Services" page.

Testimonials: While we are practical, action oriented and outcome focused, we are also fun and we use creative interactive approaches that engage and delight our clients. We help clients face and deal with difficult and challenging situations. We reduce anxiety and bring relief by unraveling complicated issues and by helping find workable solutions to complex challenges. Please see "Testimonials" and "Graphic Recording" pages.

Clients: We work with organizations and collaborations that are responsible for leadership development, policy setting and systems reform at the local, state and national level. Our primary areas of focus include: health care, family violence prevention, early childhood education, community development, and philanthropy. See "Clients" page. 

Coaching and Training: We provide individual and organizational coaching designed to increase confidence, build skills, improve teamwork, performance and outcomes. We also specialize in management and leadership training for women in the workplace, based on our book"The Big Girls Club: Little Girl Rules for the Big Girls Workplace".  We provide private and public courses in the Techniques of Participation (ToP) Group Facilitation Methods and Participatory Strategic Planning.
