Thank you for visiting us; here is a brief overview of who we are and what we do:

We have twenty five years of experience and we customize our services to meet our clients’ needs.  We have been recognized for our strategic planning work nationally and internationally in more than 25 states, Canada, Europe, and in the Middle East.

We are management and organizational consultants.  We provide collaborative strategic planning processes, evaluate and troubleshoot projects, conduct employee interviews and consumer satisfaction surveys, and we provide individual and team coaching.  See “Services” page.

We work with a diverse group of organizations that are responsible for leadership, policy making and systems reform at the local, state and national level in the areas of:  family violence, early childhood education, health care, philanthropy, and community development. Please see “Clients” page.

We offer management and leadership workshops for women in the workplace based on the principles of The Big Girls Club: Little Girl Rules for the Big Girl Workplace.  We train agency staff, facilitators, and organizational development professionals in Group Facilitation Methods, Participatory Strategic Planning, and Advanced Planning Methods - models developed by the Institute of Cultural Affairs. We are practical, action oriented and outcome focused. We stay the course with clients from planning through successful implementation, providing follow up, progress evaluation, interventions and coaching along the way.
